These Terms govern your use of the Ryxcel website, mobile app, and call centre operated by Ryxcel Ltd., a company registered in Bangladesh. By placing an order or creating an account you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of Bangladesh with a valid mobile number to register and place orders.
2. Account responsibility
- Keep your password and OTP confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Provide accurate name, mobile, and delivery information. Wrong details may cause failed delivery and extra charges.
- We may suspend or close accounts involved in fraud, repeated COD refusals, or abusive behaviour towards staff or couriers.
3. Pricing & payment
- All prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and include VAT where applicable.
- We accept bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Visa / Mastercard / Amex, Internet Banking, and Cash on Delivery.
- In rare cases of a pricing error we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid.
4. Order acceptance
An order is a request to buy. We confirm acceptance only when we send the dispatch SMS. Until then we may cancel the order due to stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or pricing errors.
5. Delivery
Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by hartal, floods, strikes, or other force-majeure events.
6. Returns & refunds
Returns are handled under our Return & Refund Policy.
7. Warranty
Brand warranty (where offered) is provided by the manufacturer or authorised distributor in Bangladesh. Keep the original invoice; physical damage, water damage, and unauthorised repair void the warranty.
8. Intellectual property
All content on Ryxcel — logos, text, images, design — is owned by or licensed to Ryxcel Ltd. and is protected under the Copyright Act, 2000 of Bangladesh. You may not copy or reuse it without written permission.
9. User content
Reviews and comments must be honest and respectful. We may remove content that is abusive, false, defamatory, or violates Bangladeshi law (including the Digital Security Act, 2018).
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
11. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version is always available on this page; continued use of Ryxcel means you accept the updated Terms.
