Shipping Policy

Ryxcel delivers across all 64 districts of Bangladesh through our trusted courier partners — Steadfast, Pathao, RedX, Sundarban, and SA Paribahan.
1. Delivery zones & timelines

Heavy or oversized items (furniture, large appliances) are quoted separately at checkout.
2. Order processing
- Orders placed before 5:00 PM are processed the same working day.
- Orders placed on Friday or government holidays are processed the next working day.
- You will receive an SMS with the courier tracking ID once your parcel is dispatched.
3. Free shipping
Orders above ৳2,000 qualify for free standard delivery anywhere in Bangladesh. Promotional free-shipping coupons may carry their own minimum order rules.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available across Bangladesh. For orders above ৳10,000 we may request a partial advance through bKash / Nagad to confirm the order.
5. Failed delivery
If the courier cannot reach you after 3 attempts the parcel is returned to our warehouse. Re-delivery will require a fresh delivery fee. Repeated refusals may temporarily block COD on your account.
6. Damaged or missing parcel
Please record an unboxing video while receiving the parcel. Report any damage or missing item within 24 hours of delivery via our hotline 16xxx or support@ryxcel.com.
