The courier will call before delivery. If the first attempt fails, they will re-attempt the next working day. After two failed attempts the parcel returns to us and we'll contact you to reschedule.

You can request a return within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed and in its original packaging with tags intact. Some categories — such as innerwear, cosmetics and personal-care items — are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
