Identity & contact: full name, mobile number, email, NID (only when legally required), delivery address, division, district, upazila.
Order data: products purchased, payment method, invoice and delivery history.
Payment data: we do not store full card numbers. bKash / Nagad / Rocket / card transactions are processed by licensed PSPs (SSLCOMMERZ, ShurjoPay, bKash PGW, etc.).
Device & usage data: IP address, browser, device type, pages viewed, cookies, and analytics events.

2. How we use your information

To process orders, payments, delivery, returns, and warranty claims.
To verify identity and prevent fraud, chargebacks, and abuse.
To send transactional SMS, email, and push notifications (order updates, OTP).
To send marketing offers — only if you opt in. You may unsubscribe at any time.
To comply with Bangladeshi law and lawful requests from authorities.

3. Sharing of data

We share data only with:

Courier partners (Steadfast, Pathao, RedX, Sundarban, SA Paribahan) to deliver your order.
Payment gateways licensed by Bangladesh Bank.
SMS, email, and cloud service providers operating under a data-processing agreement.
Government or regulatory bodies when required by law.

We never sell your personal data.

4. Cookies

5. Data retention

We retain order and tax records for at least 5 years to comply with NBR and accounting rules. Marketing data is kept until you withdraw consent.

Access, correct, or delete your account information at any time from My Account → Profile.
Request a copy of your data by emailing privacy@ryxcel.com.
Withdraw marketing consent by replying STOP to any SMS or using the unsubscribe link.

7. Children

Our services are not intended for users under 18. Minors may only use Ryxcel under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

We use TLS encryption, hashed passwords, role-based access, and regular audits. No system is 100% secure, but we follow industry best practice to protect your data.
